The employee-owners of SRC and their families celebrated a 20% stock price increase at SRC’s Annual Shareholder Meeting on June 15, 2023.

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an office of the Department of Defense, announced on Friday, February 24, 2023, that Kendon Brown, Team Lead at SRC Heavy Duty Division East, was honored with a “Patriot” award in recognition of extraordinary support of its employees and family members of those that serve in the National Guard and Reserve.

Afraid, naïve, and soon to be out of a job and on the street, a group of people banded together at SRC in 1983 and made a run at buying their jobs.
