The Community Relations Committee (CRC) was founded to give SRC associates a direct role in helping the community. The CRC consists of associates from varying departments that represent each of the SRC companies. The committee meets monthly to collaborate on distributing funds to area charitable organizations and leading SRC associates in countless volunteer efforts across the Ozarks. The CRC is proud to serve those making a difference in local, state and national communities.

At SRC, not only do we build leaders through committees like the CRC, but also see an opportunity for our associates to take on leadership roles outside our company. From coaching little league teams to serving on boards of directors for large charitable organizations, our associates do it all. In their roles, they give back to the community and simultaneously develop their skills in business, leadership and teamwork.
