SRC Holdings Announces Executive Staff Promotions
SRC Holdings is proud to announce two executive staff promotions, effective September 1, 2024. These changes align long-term growth opportunities in information technology and real estate development.
SRC’s IT teams continually improve internal communications, data flow and overall capabilities, and SRC Development Group has built a strong foundation of growth through its management of SRC’s growing real estate portfolio. SRC looks toward a future of leveraging the strengths of both teams to grow with increased productivity, further enabling SRC associates’ talents in critical areas.
Ryan Stack, Executive Vice President
Ryan will assume the role of Executive Vice President, working with Dennis Sheppard, General Counsel and CFO, and gaining EVP responsibility for SRC Development Group while continuing to provide strategic direction, leadership and support to the Information Technology teams.
For the past 25 years, Ryan has gained broad experience serving in multiple roles, including general manager at SRC Heavy Duty, and developed teams across the SRC companies in sales, finance, supply chain and IT. He has most recently served on the advisory board for SRC Development Group since 2022 and as chief information officer at SRC Holdings since 2016 where he has guided the successful implementation of and support structure for a new ERP system across SRC while fostering collaboration among SRC’s IT teams. Ryan also serves as a board member for Arvest Bank and holds a degree in finance, marketing, management and international business from Washington University in St. Louis.
“Our technology and development efforts can knock down barriers, enable innovation, and unlock opportunities,” said Ryan. “There is no group of people more deserving or more prepared to make the most of these investments than the employee-owners of SRC.”
Matt Whisman, Vice President of Information Technology
Matt will be promoted to Vice President of Information Technology, reporting to Ryan Stack. Matt will assume Ryan’s current responsibilities and continue his passion for developing and leading IT teams to deliver outcomes built on a people-first mindset.
Matt joined SRC Holdings as the information security director in 2022, bringing 15 years of experience from Jack Henry & Associates. There he advanced through technical roles before taking on responsibilities leading infrastructure automation and information security programs. Throughout his career, Matt has developed high-performing teams that consistently deliver impactful business outcomes. In his time at SRC, Matt has led the IT team in making strides in company security and operational productivity. Outside of work, Matt coaches youth sports and serves as a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
“The arrival of new, transformative technologies has opened countless opportunities for SRC, and I couldn’t be more excited for our future,” said Matt. “It’s an honor to support a team of such incredible people as we take this next step in SRC’s technology journey.”
