SRC Celebrates Successful 2023 Internship Program

SRC Holdings is thrilled to mark the successful culmination of its 2023 Summer Internship Program. Throughout the summer, 21 exceptional interns had the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders from various departments, gaining invaluable experience, learning from mentors, and contributing to special projects.

For over a decade, the internship program, coordinated by the human resources intern at SRC Holdings, has played a crucial role in shaping the workforce of tomorrow. The interns were exposed to the company's diverse operations through facility tours and participated in The Great Game of Business financial literacy training, honing their business and personal finance skills.

The interns actively engaged in challenging projects that had a significant impact across the organization, spanning various areas such as supply chain, finance, sales and marketing, human resources, IT, and engineering. Furthermore, they had the chance to attend networking events, enabling them to build enduring relationships with fellow interns and company leaders.

The highlight of the program was the internship luncheon on August 1, 2023, where interns showcased their projects to company leaders. Their presentations were characterized by professionalism, confidence, and an understanding of their work, leaving a lasting impression with their accomplishments and innovative ideas.
