19 Employee-Owners Graduate from SRC Leadership Academy
SRC Holdings is thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the growth and development of 19 leaders across the organization who have graduated from SRC’s Leading Edge Leadership Academy. This accomplishment stands as a testament to their dedication, commitment, and unwavering pursuit of knowledge.
The intensive program, spanning over 100 hours of immersive training in a learn-it-do-it structure, has equipped graduates with a deeper understanding of the SRC organization, The Great Game of Business, and leadership skills. SRC partnered with People Centric Consulting Group and Great Game of Business Coaches on a diverse range of topics including:
SRC Family of Companies and facility tours
Company benefits and the employee stock ownership plan
Open-book management and High Involvement Planning
SRC’s 4 Pillars of Leadership
Employment law
Teamwork and conflict resolution
Communication and emotional intelligence
Professionalism and humble leadership
Presentation and facilitation skills
The culmination of the program took place at a graduation ceremony on August 9, 2023, where each participant shared their personal takeaways and how the program positively impacted their professional and personal growth.
To commemorate their achievement, Jack Stack, President and CEO, and Krisi Schell, Executive Vice President of HR, presented each graduate with a Certificate of Completion.

Since the program’s inception in 2019, 70 leaders and front-line associates have graduated from SRC’s Leading Edge Leadership Academy. SRC’s fifth class is currently in session and will graduate in Spring of 2024.
