Two SRC Companies Combine to Optimize Operations, Expand New and Remanufacturing Capabilities

In a strategic move to expand its manufacturing and remanufacturing capabilities, SRC Holdings is excited to announce the combination of two of its subsidiaries: Global Recovery Corp. and SRC’s Whole Goods division to form SRC Industrial Corp.

The unification, which was effective on January 27, 2025, optimizes vertical integration and leverages the combined expertise of both teams.

Spencer Cunningham, General Manager

As SRC Industrial, the organization is positioned to expand energy and power generation manufacturing and remanufacturing capabilities in the rental, disaster relief, construction and agriculture markets and provide more seamless access to a broader range of products, including industrial power units, engines, industrial generators and industrial air compressors.

SRC Industrial is led by General Manager Spencer Cunningham, who has 18 years of experience at SRC and most recently served as general manager of the Whole Goods division.

“Our shared vision is to leverage the strengths of both of these teams, blending our organizations to foster a culture of ownership, quality, and sustainability,” said Cunningham. “The focus on vertically integrating the teams and product lineup is crucial, and we are committed to staying true to SRC’s rich legacy of remanufacturing as well as introduce a line of new products.”

SRC Industrial’s planned facility in Springfield

SRC Industrial expects to add more than 200 jobs in the next 5 years in the Springfield area.

SRC Holdings is investing $19 million in a new 200,000-square-foot-facility on N Mulroy Road in Springfield that SRC Industrial will operate in upon completion of construction later in 2025. Until then, its primary operations will be located at 4727 E Kearney Street and 2401 E Sunshine Street in Springfield.
