SRC Associate Adam Prier Honored by Department of Defense

Springfield, MO - Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an office of the Department of Defense, announced today that Adam Prier, Engineer Manager, SRC Heavy Duty Division East, was honored with a “Patriot” award in recognition of extraordinary support of its employees and family members of those that serve in the National Guard and Reserve.

The award ceremony was conducted at 10:30 a.m. on 22 December 2023, at 4727 E. Kearney Street, Springfield. The award presentation was presented in an “All Hands” meeting. Col. (Ret.) Steve Vanderhoof, Missouri ESGR Area 4 Chair, gave remarks explaining the importance of providing jobs and employer support for Guard and Reserve members.

Prier was nominated by Jeremy Owens, Engineer, SRC. Owens is also a Sergeant First Class (E-7) currently assigned as an instructor with the US Army Reserve.

SFC Owens wanted Prier and the company recognized in a formal award presentation ceremony.
