SRC Celebrates Third Graduating Class, SRC Leadership Academy [Gallery]
SRC Holdings Corp. recognized 17 graduates of the SRC Leading Edge Leadership Academy at a commencement ceremony on May 12, 2022. The program graduates participated in more than 80 hours of training across 5 months.
“These leaders are our greatest teachers, and they can pass the principles they’ve learned to others,” said Jack Stack, President and CEO, “It has a powerful impact on the success of our business, associates and community.”
Leading Edge, the internal training and development wing of SRC Holdings, formed the Leadership Academy in 2019 to ensure present and future leaders have the knowledge they need to do their jobs well and lead others. The curriculum, structured in a learn-it-do-it model, includes SRC organization information, benefits and employee ownership, employment law, teamwork and conflict resolution, communication and emotional intelligence, professionalism and humble leadership, and Great Game of Business leadership principles.
The third graduating class consists of 17 leaders across the SRC Family of Companies, many of whom work on the front line. The graduates collectively represent 98 years of leadership and more than 600 employee-owners across 6 SRC subsidiaries.

Since the program’s inception in 2019, 50 leaders and front-line associates have graduated from SRC’s Leading Edge Leadership Academy. SRC plans to launch its fourth class later this year.
