SRC Holdings named in NCEO's 2021 Employee Ownership 100

The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) named SRC Holdings Corporation in their 2021 Employee Ownership 100.

The list honors America’s largest majority employee-owned companies and includes the nation’s largest companies that are at least 50% owned by an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) or other broad-based employee ownership plan. In 2021, the top 100 employee-owned companies employed more than 631,000 people.

SRC Holdings is number 74 on the list with 1,800 full- and part-time associates across 10 companies, 9 of which are employee-owned. SRC has shared ownership since its founding in 1983, and expanded to 100% employee ownership in 2011. Broad-based wealth sharing is a fundamental principle of SRC’s culture and management system, The Great Game of Business.
