Additionally, 7 participants traveled to Dallas, Texas, for The Great Game of Business’s annual conference, The Gathering of Games™. In total, each participant completed 104 training hours through the program. The training sessions also incorporated an interactive focus to identify the needs of supervisors.
“Our SRC front line leaders are amazing businesspeople and the responsibilities they shoulder are vast. These graduates have helped create this program designed to sustain our Great Game of Business culture and provide the supervisory skills needed to lead in an employee-owned company,” said Schell.
“Their ownership of this program and the leadership skills they strengthened have improved the work lives of the people on their teams and the organization. It’s been a privilege to work with these graduates, and I’m looking forward to seeing the impact of this program for years to come.”
During the commencement ceremony, the graduates gave team presentations and reflected on the program with peers and senior leadership.
