The Owners' Cup is a competition among the SRC divisions and joint ventures to see who is playing the Great Game of Business at the highest level. The goal of the Cup is for SRC to reflect on programs within the organization to help improve processes and open-book culture.

Throughout the yearly competition, divisions and JV's are scored on a number of categories: monthly forecast accuracy, Mini-Games, a huddle evaluation and final Owners' Cup presentations. Additionally, each division has the opportunity to receive points for sending a representative to monthly ownership culture meetings to share ideas across the organization.

This year, all the divisions and JV's played both competitively and impressively. The competition gets more intense each year as the divisions and JV's leverage their competitive spirit to continuously "Up their Game".
