Gary Goetz
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
SRC Holdings Corp.
Gary has played a key role in the growth of the SRC Family of Companies since he joined the business in 1990. After serving as general manager of NewStream Enterprises, a joint venture between SRC and Navistar for 16 years, Gary moved into the role of EVP in 2015, where he now oversees operations at two SRC divisions: NewStream and Ceramex.
Gary’s first role at SRC was in sales and customer service. At the time, SRC sold aftermarket automotive engines through the Sears Roebuck catalog. When anyone called the 1-800 number listed, Gary was the one who picked up the phone to answer.
Several years later, after serving in several sales and customer service roles for SRC, Gary took the opportunity to join NewStream—where he was part of a team that saw the company explode in growth over the ensuing years.
Gary, who is a Certified Internal Great Game of Business coach, credits SRC’s culture of financial transparency and engagement of its employee-owners with its sustained success over the past three decades. He takes great pride in the fact that SRC has never laid an employee off in its history while also caring for its customers. He can’t imagine running a company any other way.
In 2022, Gary, who played four years of varsity tennis at Drury University in Springfield, was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, where he currently serves as a board member.
Gary has since traded in his tennis racket for a set of golf clubs. But his real passion outside of SRC is working with his wife, Sheri, tending to their 500-acre ranch where they raise around 125 head of cattle. Thanks to the influence of Gary’s daughter, Kaitlin, the family also started a side business raising and selling garlic.
