CHAD MYERS

 Chad has established a strong track record as an entrepreneur and business leader throughout his career. A graduate of Purdue University, Chad has especially deep roots in manufacturing, where he spent his early career on the factory floors of world-class operations like Navistar, Chrysler, and Meritor.

In addition to the time he spent on factory floors, Chad ran his own home improvement business for nearly a decade. In 2010, he moved from Indiana to Missouri to work for CNH Reman, an SRC subsidiary. He then earned a promotion to the position of Operations and Engineering Director at SRC Heavy Duty in 2011. In 2016, Chad began serving as the General Manager of SRC Heavy Duty. By applying and living the principles of the Great Game of Business, the team more than doubled revenue and added more than 200 jobs to the community.

Chad, who is also a Certified Internal Great Game of Business Coach, now oversees three of the company’s divisions: SRC Heavy Duty Engines and Components division, SRC Heavy Duty Whole Goods division, and SRC Automotive. In 2024, Chad was named as an alternate member of SRC’s Board of Directors. He also serves on the board of CNH Reman, a joint venture between SRC and CNH Industrial. Chad is also a Board member of the MEMA association, SRC of Lexington, and SRC Joliet Operations.

Outside of work, Chad spends quality time with his wife, a schoolteacher in Springfield, and two teenagers. He also serves on the advisory board for Ozark Technical College’s Center for Advanced Manufacturing and volunteers for the Boys and Girls Club of Springfield. Whenever he can, Chad heads to Springfield’s nearby lakes and streams to fish. And when he isn’t on the water, he enjoys crafting new fishing lures that even the biggest fish can’t resist.
